12ks for the Holidays
At Fleet Feet Sports, we are passionate about helping you get fit, and walking is an excellent, low impact activity to do that! WalkFIT is a 10-week walking program for those who want to take their first steps toward a more active lifestyle. This group meets twice a week to learn about physical fitness and to walk together. The program concludes with participants walking their first 5k (3.1 mile) race. Don’t wait any longer to change your life and do something for yourself. You are worth it!
