Our Fall 2013 No Boundaries Training Program is designed to take you from the couch to your first 8K (4.91 miles). This program also includes an advanced program for those who have finished a 5k and are looking to increase their milage up to an 8k.
Your goal race is the Turkey Day 8k on November 28th, 2013. At Fleet Feet at 7 A.M.
Program includes coaches, clinics, a training plan, weekly emails, and a technical t shirt. Program fee DOES NOT include race entry fee!
Group training runs and clinics are Thursday nights, 6pm at Fleet Feet. Along the way we’ll provide you with the motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as: proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!
