Our Spring 2013 No Boundaries Training Program is designed to take you from the couch to your first 5K (3.1 miles). This program also includes an advanced program for those who are looking to improve their 5K time!
Your goal race is the Watermelon Classic on July 4, 2013.
Program includes coaches, clinics, a training plan, weekly emails, and a technical t shirt. Program fee DOES NOT include race entry fee!
Group training runs and clinics are Thursday nights, 6pm at Fleet Feet. Along the way we’ll provide you with the motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as: proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!
Informational meetings: April 18 and 23, 7pm at Fleet Feet Sports.
