Come train for the RyanMan Triathlon with us – the longest triathlon in the state of Mississippi! This 16-week program is designed to help you develop your fitness base, build strength and speed, and finish with specific distance endurance training. It includes a daily training plan, online training log, multiple group training sessions each week, and clinics to develop triathlon specific skills. This program suitable for athletes of all levels, but participants should be able to swim ½ mile (800 yards) non-stop, ride a bike for 20 miles, and run 5 miles. Don’t worry about how fast you are (or are not)!
