Get Faster and build Strength through the winter with Fleet Feet!
This 10-week training program is open to any public or private school runners who are interested in continuing their cross-country training and/or becoming better prepared for the track season. Training sessions will be Tues/Thurs at 4pm and every other Saturday morning at 8AM. Practices will be held at Fleet Feet Sports and include:
1) New Balance Form clinic taught by two-time Olympian/British record holder Barbara Burris and her coach/husband, Sean Burris
2) Discounts on Turkey Day and other Fleet Feet promotions
3) Training T-Shirt
4) Educational topics on Running Form, Nutrition, Pre and post run routines, and other advanced techniques
5) Custom workouts for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners
Training Starts Nov 14th and runs through the end of January
$100 per runner
