Memphis in May Great American River Run
Need some great friends to run with? Join us as we train for a Half Marathon! This 12-week training program is designed for runners who have already completed their first 5K and are ready to step up to the half marathon (13.1 miles). Group workouts take place twice a week (Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings) with expert advice, running clinics, customized-coaching, as well as camaraderie, motivation, accountability, and FUN! We do all sorts of races downtown and whatnot, so feel free to drop in and join us!
