Our distance group accommodates almost every pace! Our pacers start at 7:30 min/mile and go all the way up to 13 min/mile! This group is beginner friendly! Your 16 week training program comes with coaches, pacers of varying speeds, informational clinic nights, and fun group workouts. We will have hydration on the course for all of our long runs, plus, you will also receive a Fleet Feet Running Club shirt. The program will meet on Tuesday nights at Fleet Feet at 6pm and Saturday mornings at Fleet Feet at 7am. Since St. Jude fills up fast, you'd better sign up soon! Entrance into this program will allow you a $50 discount into our blues training program starting in January!
