Day 156- REST!

Today, my plan is to rest and let my legs recover and strengthen a bit.  The marathon is now four days from today.  Rest and a couple of short runs over the next couple of days is what’s on the plan.

I’m feeling confident about my fitness.  We’ll see how the legs hold up.
