Our next No Boundaries Program will begin with an informational meeting on August 19th and August 24th at 7pm, and the program will officially begin on August 26th at 6pm. Our meetings and training runs will be each Thursday at 6pm. We will be training for the "Fit to Lead 5k" on October 30th in Flowood.
