This is Fleet Feet Sports - Jackson’s Third Annual Turkey Day 8K race, which will be held this Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2012, at 7 am, in the Fleet Feet store parking lot.  This 8K road race takes you on a loop through Ridgeland and Madison, with the last mile on the Ridgeland Multi-Use Trail. There will be a walk division also, and a free 1/4 mile fun run for the kids to follow.

All proceeds from this race will be donated to the city of Ridgeland, for the Multi-Use Trail System, which is a huge part of our running, biking and walking community.

 We are capping the race this year at 900 participants, with a registration fee of $25 before November 10 and $35 after November 10.  A long-sleeved technical tee is included with the 8K registration.  Shirts are only guaranteed to those registered before November 13.  Make a minimum donation of $10 to the Trailbuilder’s Fund, and get VIP access to food, drinks and use of indoor bathroom facilities!!
